At Craft Club, we want you to love your home as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all eligible decor and furnishings. Items must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original protective packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund within 5-7 business days.
